  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. International customers may be responsible for additional duties or taxes.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Complete with all original packaging and materials
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

5.2 Return Process

  4. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging
  5. Ship to our Hollywood warehouse using a trackable method (return shipping at your expense unless our error)

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Refund amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
